Lance and Terri Walker’s bid calling skills are geared toward the type of sophisticated crowd that attends a large fundraising auction. When selling, each has a very clear, concise and entertaining chant. In fact, entertaining the guests for the one to two hour auction is a large part of the auctioneer’s appeal. They are very conscious of the need to maintain momentum during the auction. Crowd control is one of their main attributes since several hundred people are in attendance at most benefit auctions.
Lance was asked to co-write and teach the Benefit Auctioneer Specialist program sponsored by the National Auctioneers Association.
